Learn to Sail! 

The Junior Training Program of the Sequoia Yacht Club is for boys and girls ages 10ó18.

 Classes are held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month during the school year.  Registration for the Fall semester is held on the first Saturday after Labor Day.  Spring semester registration occurs on the first Saturday of February.

 Classes begin at 9:00 and run until 12:00 noon.

Life jackets (PFDs) are required to be worn at all times on the dock and in the boats. 

Fee per semester is $25.00 which includes a Basic Sailing book and the use of an 8í El Toro sailboat.

South Bound Hwy 101 take Woodside Rd exit, go under the freeway, Eastbound/Port on Woodside becomes Seaport Blvd, North at Chesapeake Drive if you want to go directly to the concrete launch ramp nearest to the pay parking lot across from the launch ramp.  Directions to the SYC building differ slightly since it is located on the next street East named, "Seaport Court".   North Bound Hwy 101 Seaport/Woodside exit, Right on Seaport, North at Chesapeake Drive to the boat ramp.
